Consultants - Full-Time and Associate

We need people we can rely on, who want to build a long-term relationship/career based on doing great work together.

We need people who have:

• Subject Mastery - you are not a generalist who can turn their hand to anything but instead specialise in a particular topic area. You will also have held positions where you can demonstrate you can put the theory into practice.

• Delivery Excellence - you know that clients are becoming more demanding. By combining your knowledge with innovative and effective delivery solutions you always achieve the client's objectives.

• Client Focus - not matter what level you are working in within a client organisation you are always looking to provide real client delight.

We are happy to look at different working arrangements, from full-time through contracts to pure associate. However, the desire to work hard, achieve the best and become a leader in what you do is mandatory.
